Sheer Wrap Skirt Medium

One of our popular wrap skirts, only sheer!  Wear over another skirt for added flair or over a pair of tights or pantaloons.  A lovely blue pattern with dots and a black waistband.  Size medium fits waist 30-33" though can be made smaller by simply wrapping the skirt tighter.
 
Sheer, dry clean or spot clean only.
